Rank Structure

The following is the current rank structure for Nemesis:

Guild Master
The person who gets blamed when anything goes wrong.

Co-Guild Master
Co-Guild Master's are raiding members and are included in the decision-making process for all policies and disciplinary action of the guild. Co-Guild Master's work closely with the guild leaders and ensure the day-to-day operations of the guild go smoothly. When the guild leaders are unavailable the officers are in complete charge of the guild and we expect them to be treated with the same respect as the guild leaders at all times. There is no set number of officers and we will add them as we feel there is need. Officers are always chosen from the pool of Class Leaders by the current Co-Guild Master's and Guild Master's. Please do not ask to be promoted to the Co-Guild Master rank--should we feel you would be a good choice you will be the first to know. These positions are filled by appointment of the current council.

Co-Guild Master Alt
Where the officers try and hide out.

Commander
Veterans of the guild who have gone above and beyond in helping the guild progress and maintain a fun gaming environment. The folks in this rank generally drink more than the general population of the guild--could be a coincidence or result of their rank. Commander's are players that have shown a great level of support for the guild as a whole through numerous avenues. Commander's are not Co-Guild Master's and have no decision-making abilities regarding policy and discipline; however, they can provide input that can form/change policy. Officer's are nominated and voted on at random times throughout the year by the present Commander's and leadership. We find that people who belong in this rank will "out" themselves--please do not ask to be promoted to this rank.

Officer
Players in this rank have been with the guild for an extended period of time (at least six months) and are both active and in good standing with the guild.

Veteran
Players in this rank have been with the guild for an extended period of time (at least six months) and are both active and in good standing with the guild. Though this distinction is largely based on time in the guild, do not ask to be moved into this rank--we will promote into this rank at our own discretion.

Member
The general population of the guild. This rank is compromised of many types of players, casual, leveling, gearing, friends of our players who have come to join us, players we felt would really fit in well with our environment and so on. Players will be moved into this rank after they have gone through the initiate period.

Alts
Alt characters of our members--you must be at least a Member rank to have an alt guilded with us.

Trial
New recruits in the guild. This is where we get to know you and you us. Initiate period is approximately 2 weeks and can vary depending on the amount the initiate plays or how well we feel we have gotten to know a player. These players are loot restricted--please see the policy section for more about "Loot Distribution."
